A range of decorative mouldings are required to complete the build and create a superb exterior. To be supplied includes 75 metres of Parapet, model # P8300, sized 300mm x 235mm and 77 metres of Parapet, model # P8250, sized 250mm x 195mm, together with 12 metres of Stringer, model #S1R4, sized 90mm x 70mm, to sit underneath Parapet, model # P8300 and 12 metres of Stringer, model # S60, sized 60mm x 45mm. to sit underneath Parapet, model #P8250. Windows will be attractively finished with 156 metres of Window Architrave, model # WDG8XY, sized 120mm x 50mm and 39 metres of Window Sill, model #WS15, sized 130mm x 65mm.
285 metres of Customised Quoining Panels, model # Q500A, sized 530mm x 30mm are to be used as a rustification feature, covering the whole house. See drawing below.
10 arches, created out of Window Architrave, model # WDG8XY, sized 120mm x 50mm will add a certain grandeur. As will the four Square, Tapered, Columns, size at the base 350mm and the top 290mm, together with Tuscan Capitals and Doric Bases. The Finishing Touch lightweight decorative mouldings make it possible to create arches and columns with ease. The fence line will reflect the decorative qualities of the building with the addition of 10 x Victorian Pier Caps, 600mm x 60mm topped by 28 metres of Victorian Fence Capping, 240 ml internal.

Whilst the Toorak home is being developed, Finishing Touch are busy manufacturing decorative mouldings for a build in Mt. Waverley for a 50 square home in the style of an English Manor. This house will be beautifully finished with 27 metres of Parapet, model # P8200, size 200mm x 155mm, 12 metres of Stringer, model # S1R4, size 90mm x 70mm, being used as a further decorative feature on the column decoration at the entrance and 10 metres of Stringer, model # S20, size 75mm x 50mm, used to frame the arch above the portico.
Windows will be elegantly decorated by 37 metres of Window Architrave, model # W1100, size 100mm x 45mm, 15 metres of Window Sill, model # WS15, size 130mm x 65mm, 10 metres of Window Header, model # WH1A, size 175mm x 170mm for 8 windows on the façade. Four Arches will create a stunning effect on the façade, with two over the ground-floor windows, one over the entrance and one wide span Arch over the garage, with a Keystone atop, model #Key340, size 340mm x 210mm x 145mm, for further decorative effect.

Also being supplied with Finishing Touch’s high quality, lightweight, easy to install decorative mouldings is a build for a 50 square Post-modern house in Lyndhurst. This modern home will be enhanced by finishing touches including 25 metres of Parapet, model # P6E315, size 315mm x 270mm, 12.5 metres of Flatband, model # DGB075, size 75mm x 20mm, to be used as Dentals on the Parapet. 24 metres of Window Architrave, model # W1100, size 100mm x 45mm, 9 metres of Window Sill, model # WS15, size 130mm x 65mm. with four Arches will create charming decorative features on the windows of the second storey. The Arches will be created with Window Architrave, model # W1100, size 100mm x 45mm. Further architectural interest will be fashioned with the addition of 80 metres of Quoining Panel, model # Q300, size 320mm x 30mm on the corners of the building and on the columns either side of the balcony above the entrance.
