In Surrey Hills a post-modern house is under development and will be decorated with four different parapet mouldings, which include 15 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8300, size 300 x 235mm, 25 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8250, size 250 x 195mm, 22 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8200, size 200mm x 155mm and 20 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8120, size 120mm x 90mm.
Windows on the Surrey Hills home will be finished with 320 metres of window architrave, model # WP12, size 90mm x 35mm, 90 metres of window sill, model # WS15, size 130mm x 65mm with nine keystones, model # Key220, creating a decorative feature at the top of the windows. Creating more decorative features are 92 metres of quoining panel, model # Q400, size 420mm x 30mm with the fence line being finished in style with eight plain pier caps, size 370mm x 370mm.
A 50 square home in Glenroy in the French provincial style is also under development. The house will feature highly decorative windows created by using 73 metres of window architrave, model # W1100, 100mm x 45mm, for picture frame style windows, five window arches, made from window architrave, model # W1100, with four having a span of 500mm, and a balcony window having a span of 1720mm. Ten keystones, model # Key220, create a decorative effect at the top of the windows.
The two storey building will be decorated with the addition of 10 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8300, size 300 x 235mm, 162 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8250, size 250mm x 195mm, 162 metres of parapet moulding, model #P8120, size 120mm x 90mm and 80 metres of quoining panel, model # Q400, size 430mm x 30mm,
In Bulleen a post-modern, 40 square home build is being supplied with 25 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8200, size 200mm x 155mm, 37 metres of parapet moulding, model # P8120, size 120mm x 90mm. Decorative architectural features on the window will be achieved with the addition of 47 metres of window architrave, model # WP12, size 90mm x 35mm and 15 metres of window sill ,model # WS2, size 130mm x 70mm.
In Burradoo, NSW a single storey post-modern home is being supplied with window architraves, model # W1100, size 100mm x 45mm to be used both as window architraves and stringers. Three keystones, model # Key220 are also being supplied for the two arches being made from window architrave, model # W1100, with a span on the entrance window of 2150mm and a span on the lounge window of 2300mm.
With a strong demand for pier caps continuing, the Finishing Touch are now keeping stocks of Victorian, Small French and Plain styles for fast delivery. The most popular size is the 490mmx 490mm, or two brick.
