They recently supplied decorative mouldings to a build of two French provincial style townhouses, 30 squares each, in Camberwell. The house was finished with 142 metres of parapet, model # P7270, sized 270mm x 145mm, and107 metres parapet eave, model # PE8, sized 150mm x 240mm. Windows were decorated with 117 metres window architraves, model # DGB103, sized 100mm x 30mm, and 45 metres of window sills, model # WS15, sized 130mm x 65mm.

A Builder has specified 110 meters of flatband, model # M120, sized at 120mm x 30mm, and 110 metres of parapet, model # P8155, sized at 155mm x 120mm for a build in Brighton, which were delivered this week.

NuREND Plus is a premium basecoat render designed for smooth application for masonry surfaces. A thin coat is applied to brick or other masonry substrates, usually finished with a diamond float.

Marbletex Wet Texture is a decorative, low build protective coating displaying excellent resistance to weathering and atmospheric chemicals. The finish will resemble that of a coarse granule render which is sponge floated.

French Provincial decorative mouldings in demand

French provincial style Finishing Touch decorative mouldings.

A French provincial, two storey, 45 square home in Taylors Hills is just being completed and will look very grand with the addition of a large order of decorative mouldings from the Finishing Touch. Four different types of parapets were used; 9.6 metres of French provincial parapet, model # P8300, sized 300mm x 235mm, 24 metres of French provincial parapet, model # P8250, sized 250mm x 195mm, 31 metres of French provincial parapet, model # P8200, sized at 200mm x 155mm and 22 metres of French provincial parapet, model # P8120, sized 120mm x 90mm. Windows will feature 48 metres of French provincial architrave, model # W1100, sized 100mm x 45mm. 19 metres of window sill, model # WSR15, sized 135mm x 185mm along with eight arches for the windows and balcony. A grand front entrance will greet visitors with two tapered round columns, sized 290mm at the top, 350mm at the bottom with a Tuscan capital and a Doric base.

Another French provincial home required decorative mouldings to finish the fence. The house in Camberwell needed seven pier caps , small French model, 490mm x 490mm, for piers on wrought iron fence. Two larger sized pier caps were used either side of driveway, sized at 730mm x 490mm.

 

In Caulfield the Finishing Touch has recently completed a job supplying decorative mouldings for a post-modern, double storey, 30 square home. The build was delightfully finished with 20 metres of parapet, model # P8200, sized 200mm x 155mm, 30 metres of window architrave, model # W1100, sized 100mm x 45mm and 7.5 metres of window sill, model # M13, sized 175mm x 145mm.
