The demand for high quality, lightweight decorative mouldings from the Finishing Touch continues to grow. They recently supplied decorative mouldings for a new build of a post-modern, 50 square home in Deepdene. The house was handsomely finished with 50 metres of stringer, model # P8120, sized 120mm x 190mm, 36 metres of parapet, model # P260YZ, sized 260mm x 260mm and 48 metres of flatband, model # DGB1003, sized 100mm x 30mm.
Builders from Bendigo have put in a requirement for decorative mouldings for a large, single storey home being built in Maiden Gully. The front exterior of the home is bound to create a grand impression with twelve plain, tapered columns, sized 350mm at the base and 290mm at the top with Tuscan capitals and Doric bases. Windows will be beautifully finished with 10 metres of window header, model # WH1A, sized 75mm x 170mm, 215 metres of window architrave, model # W1100, sized 100mm x 45mm and 43 metres of window sill, model # WSR15, sized 135mm x 185mm. Twelve plain pier caps for the fencing, sized 470mm x 470mm will complete the decorative styling.
A sixty square house in Glen Waverley, based on the French provincial style is currently under development. Decorative mouldings required are ten metres of parapets, model # P8350, sized 350mm x 280mm, 67 metres of parapets, model # P8300, sized 300mm x 235mm, 65 metres of stringer, model # S1R4, sized 90mm x 70mm, 7.5 metres parapet, model # P190JV, sized 190mm x 165mm, 100 metres of parapet, model # P8250, sized 250mm x 195mm, 95 metres of quoining panel, model # Q300, 320mm x 30mm. Windows will be decorated with 125 metres of window architraves, model # W1100, sized 100mm x 45mm and twelve arches.
