Decorative Mouldings For Latest Building Projects

Projects just completed are for a three unit, post-modern property in Glen Waverley. The Finishing Touch supplied 95 metres of eave moulding, model # PE8, sized 240mm x 150mm, 18.5 metres of model # P8250 parapet moulding, sized 250mm x 195mm and 227 metres of quoining, model # Q300, sized at 320mm x 30mm. Window were decoratively finished with 182 metres of window architraves, model # W1100, sized at 100mm x 45mm, 44 metres of window sills, model # WSR15, sized at 135mm x 185mm and three keystones, model # COR8162.

180 metres of parapet moulding, model # M258S, sized 270mm x 200mm, 8.4 metres of model # M23 parapet, sized 265mm x 120mm and 45 metres of model #M120 flatband, sized 120mm x 30mm were supplied for a post-modern house in Nunawading. A further 15 metres of window sills model #WS2, sized 130mm x 70mm finished the build, with Davco mastic powder supplied for the sealant.

A stylish, French provincial house in Templestowe now boasts a highly decorative façade with twelve arches and a balcony, with nine metres of large balcony architrave, model # W11JV, sized at 250mm x 50mm and the arches supplied by The Finishing Touch. Windows are also finished decoratively with Finishing Touch architectural mouldings, 126metres of window architrave, model # WDG8XY, sized at 120mm x 50mm, 21 metres of window sill, model # WS15D, sized 170mm x 85mm, 20 custom made window base blocks and 30 metres of window headers, model # WH1A, sized 175mm x 170mm. 27 metres of plinths were also supplied, model # DGPL400P, sized 400mm x 55mm.

New Render Supplier for Builders and Tradies
