Another splendid home is being constructed in Essendon at 138 Cooper Street. The delightful two storey, 50 square French provincial home will feature a decorative and eye catching facade with the addition of lightweight decorative architectural mouldings supplied by The Finishing Touch. Quoining panels and corbels over the entrance together with square columns will create a statement at the main entry to the home. Picture frame column fascia will decorate and transform the two rendered brick square columns. Eave mouldings will run around the entire perimeter with parapet mouldings mid- way between the ground floor and first floor window. Window architraves and window sills will decorate and complete the ten windows.
The outer suburb of Lysterfield has a more modest 35 square house currently under development. This post-modern home will be finished with parapet mouldings, eave parapets and window architraves.
In Wheelers Hill a post-modern, sixty square home is being completed with the decorative finishes architectural mouldings provide, with under gutter mouldings, eave mouldings and parapet mouldings at the top of the building. Stringer mouldings and quoinings will create interest on the building, whilst window architraves and window sill mouldings give a handsome finish to the windows.
The Finishing Touch Mouldings are created using a high grade computer cut EPS polystyrene in a Sandstone finish or Smooth finish. A triple coating with a multi-part compound which is reinforced with a triple coating of sand creates the Sandstone effect, whilst fibreglass mesh with a coating of 1 or 2 coats of an impact resistant, flexible polymer modified cementitious render creates the Smooth finish.
